Spicy Skinny Margaritas
If you know me you know I love a spicy skinny margarita. It’s always my go to drink. The “skinny” part just means that you can enjoy a few of these without all the guilt. It has half of the amount of calories and sugar than the traditional margarita recipe. You can find all of my bar accessories here. Let me know what you guys think!
Ingredients:
Jalapeno
Fresh lime juice
Agave
Tequila
Freshly squeezed orange or grapefruit juice
Chili lime salt or Tajin
Instructions:
Thinly slice jalapeño. For less spice, slice the jalapeno down the middle and remove the seeds.
Add some slices to a glass and muddle the jalapeños.
Add the fresh juice, tequila, agave and ice into the shaker. Shake for a few seconds or stir until combined.
Use a lime wedge to moisten the edge of a glass and dip it into the tajin or chili lime salt.
Fill the cup with ice and pour the drink over the ice. Garnish with a few jalapeño slices.
